Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
